We believe we are made for a relationship with our Creator, who is God. He calls all people to respond to the truth of His Word. What we believe about His Word defines our relationship with Him and others.

We have unity in our essential beliefs.
“There is one Body and one Spirit…there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of us all.”

Ephesians 4:4-6

We have liberty in our non-essential beliefs.
“Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters. Each of us will give an account of himself to God. So whatever you believe about these things (judgments) keep between yourself and God.”
Romans 14:1,12,22

We believe we are to EVANGELIZE the lost.

“And then he told them, Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. 16 Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned”.  Mark 16:15-16

We are to EDIFY the converted.

“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:”

Ephesians 4:12, 15

And Equip the converted for service to God.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

2 Timothy 3:16-17
